Directions for Ad Placement
CPS members may run one free, bird-related ad in Parrot Papers and on the CPS Web site. Member and non-member ads must be renewed by the second of the month, prior to the month the next newsletter is published. Line ads will run once in the newsletter and for 30 days on the CPS Web site. Business card ads will run in all six issues of the newsletter (one calendar year) and for one year on the CPS Web site. Advertisements may be e-mailed to the webmaster at web@connecticutparrotsociety.org, or mailed to CPS, PO Box 1803, New London, CT 06320. Ads will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. All ads will be published subject to available space. Rates are as follows:
CPS member:
Line ad: 1 ad (25 words maximum) - Free
Line ad: 2nd ad (and each additional ad) - $3.00 each
Business card: $25.00 per year
Non-member:
Line ad: 1 ad (25 words maximum) $6.00
Line ad: 2nd ad (and each additional ad) $5.00 each
Business card: $40.00 per year
Larger ads may be accepted from members and non-members. Such ads will run on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on available space. If such an ad (e.g., one-quarter, one-third, one-half, full page) is requested, fees will be determined by the board.
